The logo of this subsidiary is a cash coin which are often seen as “good luck 🍀 symbols” and are considered to be symbols of economic prosperity and growth; for this reason these coins are often used as the symbol of various Vietnamese and Chinese financial institutes and corporations.

Cash coins were originally produced in China, and were subsequently introduced to Viet-Nam while it was a Chinese province. Cash coins have been produced and circulated under various Vietnamese dynasties until 1945 when they were demonetised, however in the modern era these coins are seen as “good luck 🍀 coins” and are still widely used in various temple ⛪ rituals, and hung in store windows. Many Vietnamese people still believe (as of 2017) in the supposed “magical effects” of these coins associating their image with wealth, for this reason cash coins may be found on the logo’s of various banks such as VietInBank, Ngan Hang Phuong Dong, LienViet PostBank, and MANY others. In the modern era cash coins still hold their place in Traditional Vietnamese Medicine and Daoistic practices such as Phong-Thuy.
