Anápolis is na Goiânia en Aparecida de Goiânia de derde stad van de Braziliaanse staat Goiás. De stad heeft volgens het Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística 335.960 inwoners en is daarmee de 68e stad van Brazilië.
