Anne Meara (New York, New York, VS, 29 september 1929) is een Amerikaans actrice.

Meara was te zien als Veronica Rooney in de televisieserie Archie Bunker's Place en is tevens bekend als Dorothy Halligan uit ALF. Daarbuiten speelde ze vele gastrollen, waaronder in Sex and the City (als de dementerende moeder van Steve Brady), Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Will & Grace, The Love Boat en Murder, She Wrote.

Ook speelde ze in vele films, waarvan The Out of Towners, Lovers and Other Strangers, The Boys from Brazil en Fame nog het meest noemenswaardig zijn.

Meara is sinds 14 september 1954 getrouwd met acteur Jerry Stiller; ze is de moeder van Ben Stiller en Amy Stiller. Samen met haar man verscheen ze in vele producties, waaronder een aantal afleveringen van The King of Queens.
