De Beker van Gambia is het nationale voetbalbekertoernooi van Gambia en werd opgericht in 1952 toen Gambia nog een Britse kolonie was. Het toernooi wordt georganiseerd door de Gambia Football Association. Zoals de meeste bekercompetities wordt in knock-outsysteem gespeeld.
