Blues Peer (Voorheen Belgium Rhythm 'n' Blues Festival en vaak gemakshalve afgekort tot BRBF), is een festival in België. Het vindt elke zomer plaats in de Deusterstraat te Peer, voor lange tijd in het tweede of derde weekend van juli. Het festival werd voor het eerst gehouden in 1985. Bezieler en oprichter van het BRBF festival is Misjel Daniels.

De laatste editie van het ´oude´ Blues Peer vond plaats in juli 2019. In januari 2021 werd de organisator vzw Break-Away failliet verklaard. Het festival leek dood en begraven, maar enkele lokale initiatiefnemers waagden de sprong om door te gaan, en vormden vzw BRBF. Tijdens een crowdfunding in mei 2021 werden de nodige middelen verzameld om in 2022 een eerste vernieuwde editie van Blues Peer te organiseren.

Door de jaren heen heeft BRBF heel wat grote, internationale (blues)artiesten naar Peer weten te lokken. Enkele van deze grote namen zijn Stevie Ray Vaughan, Curtis Mayfield, John Lee Hooker, Ray Charles, Wilson Pickett, Ike Turner, Jeff Healey, Bo Diddley, Solomon Burke, Etta James, Chuck Berry, Little Richard, B.B. King, Dr. John, Van Morrison, Cab Calloway, Al Green, Percy Sledge, Peter Green, John Mayall, Canned Heat, Ray Davies, Mavis Staples, Little Feat, Steve Winwood, Jeff Beck, John Fogerty, John Hiatt, Booker T., Brian Setzer, ZZ Top en Jehtro Tull.
