Čeština: Znak obce Pernink, okres Karlovy Vary. V polceném červeno-zlatém štítě vyrůstá ze štítku se šlikovykým erbem (červený štít se stříbrnou špicí a třemi kroužky opačných barev, po jednom v každém poli) štíhlá okrouhlá stříbrná věž se dvěma okny v přízemí, jednou střílnou uprostřed a dvěma okny pod cimbuřím o třech stínkách. Po pravé straně věže zkřížená hornická kladiva (mlátek doleva), stříbrná s topůrky přirozené barvy, dole zkřížený hornický špičák s rýžovacími hráběmi přirozené barvy. Po levé straně šplhá na věž hnědý medvěd.
