Čeština: Vlajka města Slavkov u Brna, okres Vyškov. List tvoří vodorovné pruhy – modrý a červený. Ve střední části listu je žluté kruhové pole o průměru čtyři pětiny šířky listu. V první čtvrtině žlutého pole je čtvrtina černé k žerdi hledící orlice s červeným zobákem a vyplazeným jazykem, ve druhé čtvrtině žlutého pole je od žerdi hledící bílo–červeně šachovaná orlice s červeným vyplazeným jazykem.
