De Communistische Partij van Nepal (Marxistisch-Leninistisch) is een politieke partij in Nepal gevormd door Chandra Prakash Mainali wanneer de Communistische Partij van Nepal (Marxistisch-Leninistisch) fuseerde met de Communistische Partij van Nepal (Verenigd Marxistisch-Leninistisch). Mainali had geweigerd om mee te gaan met de fusie.
