De familie Ascocorticiaceae bestaat uit de volgende geslachten:
- Cudonia (bijvoorbeeld C. circinans)
- Spathularia (bijvoorbeeld S. flavida)
- Spathulariopsis (bijvoorbeeld S. velutipes)
