Desmond Wilkinson Llewelyn (Newport, South Wales, 12 september 1914 – Firle, East Sussex, Engeland, 19 december 1999) was een Welsh acteur. Hij is voornamelijk bekend door zijn rol als Q in de James Bond films. Q geeft James alles wat een moderne spion nodig heeft, bijvoorbeeld exploderende pennen, bijzondere horloges, auto's die ook als boot gebruikt kunnen worden etc. John Cleese werd zijn opvolger als Q in de volgende Bondfilm.

Llewelyn overleed aan de verwondingen die hij opliep toen hij na een signeersessie met zijn auto verongelukte.

Buiten zijn werk in Bondfilms, verscheen hij ook in films als Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Cleopatra, Prisoner of Rio en Taboo. Verder had hij een vaste rol als de kolonel in de serie Follyfoot en maakte vele gastoptredens, waaronder in The Onedin Line, Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em en Dixon of Dock Green.
