Dixonius is een geslacht van hagedissen die behoren tot de gekko's (Gekkota) en de familie Gekkonidae. Het geslacht werd in 1997 beschreven. Toen bevatte het een soort afkomstig van Thailand en India die eerder onderverdeeld waren in het geslacht Phyllodactylus. Nadien zijn er nog twee recentelijk beschreven soorten bijgekomen waarvan er een voorkomt in Vietnam. In 2009 werd de soort Dixonius aaronbaueri beschreven en kwam het soortenaantal op vijf.[1]
