Garfield Morgan (Birmingham, Engeland, 19 april 1931 - 5 december 2009) was een Brits acteur.

Morgan was vooral bekend als det. chief insp. Frank Haskins uit de televisieserie The Sweeney. Verder speelde hij vele andere rollen in films en televisieseries. Hij maakte onder meer gastoptredens in The Avengers, On the Buses, The Persuaders! en Dick Turpin.

Dit jaar was hij te zien als Geoff in de film 28 Weeks Later. Ook was hij in het verleden onder meer te zien in de films George and Mildred, The Englishman Who Went Up a Hill But Came Down a Mountain, The Odessa File en To Catch a Spy.
