Jane Adams (Washington, 1 april 1965) is een Amerikaans actrice. Ze won onder meer de juryprijs op het Sundance Film Festival in 2000 samen met de cast van Songcatcher en werd met de cast van Happiness bekroond door de National Board of Review uit de Verenigde Staten. Voor haar rol in het toneelstuk An Inspector Calls kreeg ze een Tony Award. Adams speelde behalve in meer dan 25 films tevens in meerdere afleveringen van televisieseries als Family Ties en Frasier.
