Kogelvingergekko's[1] (Sphaerodactylus) zijn een geslacht van gekko's uit de familie Sphaerodactylidae. De meeste kogelvingergekko's zijn opmerkelijk klein. Twee soorten (Sphaerodactylus ariasae en Sphaerodactylus parthenopion) meten echter maar 1,6 cm snuit-cloaca lengte en zijn de kleinst bekende reptielen op aarde.[2]
Er zijn 98 soorten die allemaal leven in tropische gebieden.[3]
