De American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) en de staten zijn het er niet altijd over eens waar de eindpunten van de US Highways liggen. De volgende tabel is gebaseerd op informatie van de AASHTO, met vermelding van gevallen waar de staten borden hebben geplaatst die een ander eindpunt aangeven.
