Matt Winston (3 februari 1970) is een Amerikaans acteur en scenarioschrijver.

Biografie

Winston is een zoon van de speciale effecten maker Stan Winston en hij heeft gestudeerd aan de Yale-universiteit in New Haven (Connecticut).

Winston begon met acteren in 1993 met de televisieserie Married... with Children. Hierna heeft hij nog meerdere rollen gespeeld in televisieseries en films zoals Fame L.A. (1997-1998), Galaxy Quest (1999), Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles (2001), John Doe (2003), Star Trek: Enterprise (2001-2004), Zodiac (2007), Scrubs (2001-2009) en Starstruck (2010).

Winston is als scenarioschrijver actief en heeft het verhaal geschreven voor de film Thanks for Sharing die in 2012 uit zal komen.

Winston is op 11 oktober 1998 getrouwd met Amy Smallman en hebben samen twee kinderen.
