Theydon Garnon of Theydon Gernon[1] is een plaats en civil parish in het bestuurlijke gebied Epping Forest, in het Engelse graafschap Essex. Het ligt bij het knooppunt van de M11 en de M25.[2][3]
In 2001 telde het civil parish 130 inwoners.[4] Het dorp heeft een Anglicaanse kerk.[5][6][7] De civil parish telt 33 monumentale panden.[8] De parish omvat de gehucht Hobbs Cross.[9]
