List tvoří tři svislé pruhy, černý, červený a plamenný žlutý, v poměru 4 : 7 : 1. Vrcholy pěti vodorovných plamenů dosahují do třetiny délky listu. Ve střední části žlutá putýnka s modrou vodou, uchem k plamenům. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
