Beschrijving
English: One of the barges on the River Thames at Christchurch Meadow, Oxford, England, used by college rowing crews. This barge was shared by Jesus, New, St John's and Pembroke Colleges after 1857 (Pembroke later being replaced by Merton College, who later were the sole users of the barge). The barge was divided into four small changing rooms, entry being by the windows. Labels over the windows indicated the names of the colleges. See Sherwood's book at page 93 for more information
