English: Coat of arms of Drăgușeni, Suceava County, Romania.
Română: Stema comunei Drăgușeni, județul Suceava, România.
Descrierea stemei: Stema comunei Drăgușeni se compune dintr-un scut împărțit pe verticală (pal) în douăsprezece câmpuri alternând aur și roșu, cu o fascie verde încărcată cu o cruce treflată roșie. Crucea treflată roșie este flancată de doi porumbei, afrontați, de argint. Scutul este timbrat cu o coroană murală cu un turn de argint.
Semnificațiile elementelor însumate: Propunerea de stemă a comunei Drăgușeni asigură concordanța elementelor acesteia cu specificul economic, social, cultural și tradiția istorică ale comunei, respectând tradiția heraldică a acestei zone și legile științei heraldicii. Coroana murală cu un turn de argint semnifică faptul că așezarea este comună.

Also, according to Chapter 10 Article 85 Paragraph 2,

  • The photographs of letters, deeds, documents of any kind, technical drawings and other similar papers shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright.

Therefore this image is assumed to be in the public domain worldwide, although some of the above categories may be subject to usage restrictions within Romania.
