Overleg:Conca de Barberà

Hi, sorry but I don't write nor know nederlands. Conca de Barbera is a Comarca, well said, but not of the Barcelona Province, but of Tarragona. It seems that the article is wrong, although since I don't know youur language, I can't be sure ;-)
