Sorry for writing in English. I can express myself a lot better this way. You may naturally answer in Dutch if you feel like it.

I see my corrections of "VR-Yhtymä" to "Karelian Trains" have been reverted. That is unlogical. The Allegro service is run 50%-50% by VR and RZD. On the Finnish part of the route the train driver comes from VR. On the Russian half they use an RZD driver. I have never seen any information regarding conductors, so I can't say where they are from. My guess is, half of them will be Russians (RZD) and half of them Finns (VR). Tickets are sold by both railways in their normal ticket selling offices. In other words, there is no reason to consider the train to be any more a VR train than it is an RZD train. Either we should always say "VR and RZD" or simply go for Karelian Trains. The trains are registered in Finland for Karelian Trains and bear their abbreviation KT in front of the UIC number. (See http://vaunut.org/kuva/62568?tt=4&i1=Sm6 ) To further back my stance that Karelian Trains should be mentioned as the operator instead of VR and/or RZD, here's a quote from http://eng.rzd.ru/isvp/public/rzdeng?STRUCTURE_ID=15&layer_id=4839&refererLayerId=4530&id=105569 : "International experience of launching such projects clearly demonstrates that the most effective branding strategy is to create a separate brand, with no direct associative link with the brands of the owner companies. This is why Allegro is an entirely independent brand, which will be supported by the Russian Railways and VR brands only during the launch and growth stages."

Claiming the Allegro trains to be operated by VR alone is in any case outright incorrect.

Also, "VR-Yhtymä" is Finnish for "VR Group", which is the "umbrella" that hosts VR's whole palette of work: VR Train services, Pohjolan Liikenne bus services, Trans Uotila liquid transportations, Transpoint truck transportations, VR Track track maintenance company and other such companies. It is therefore somewhat pointless mentioning the word "Group" ("Yhtymä") there. If it has to be mentioned, it makes sense translating it as "VR Groep".

Looking at the picture linked above also makes me wonder where the claimed numbering scheme "Sm6.01-Sm6.04" stems from.

For now I have simply changed occurrences of "VR" to "VR en RZD" except in the place about the numbering scheme because it has nothing at all to do with VR, but the Finnish railway authority, instead. They give all rolling stock two different numbers: One number according to the old Finnish standard and another one according to the UIC/EU standard.

The English text gevormuleerde is not automatically a good gevormuleerde Dutch text. This sentence can not post without a good control of a linguist.

Het gaat hier niet om welke taal man schrijft, maar om als iets, wat men in Wikipedia schrijft, een fact is of niet. Als je de van mij geschrijfene text niet begrijpt hebt, omdat het op engels geschrijfen is, kun ik ook een duitse traductie geven. Dat alle op nederlands te schrijfen is voor mij jammer niet mogelijk, omdat ik nederlands niet goed genoeg spreek en schrijf. Hier nog een traductie van de engelse text van de website van RZD: "De internationale ervaring van uitvoeren van projecte zoals deze demonstreert klaar, dat de effectievste brandingstrategie is een afgezonderte brand te creëren, met geen direkte associative link met de brands van de andere firmen. Und zu Wikipedia gehören nur tatsächlige Tatsachen. Hier noch eine Übersetzung von dem Text aus RZDs Website: "Die internationale Erfahrung von Einleitung solchen Projekte demonstriert klar, dass die allereffektivste Brandingstrategie ist, ein separates Brand ohne associative Verknupfungen mit den Brands der Eigentümerfirmen zu schaffen. Deswegen ist Allegro ein völlig selbsständiges Brand, welche von den Brands van Russische Eisenbahnen und VR nur in den Anfangs- und Wachstumsphasen unterstützt wird." // It's not about the language used while writing, but about straight facts.
