I have a few questions. :)

General remarks

What is that recent survey, where 300 respondents participated? Do you have a link?

Concerning the distrust, all options are on the table, for real. We would be curious to have a short summary around this.

Some veteran users feel like outsiders (like the Wikimedia Foundation) have tried to push changes like Visual Editor, Flow, the media thing in 2014, and so on, on this project, while they feel nobody from this community asked for these changes. The initial release of VE was not well received, they believed it had to many bugs.

Survey questions

Point 3, second bullet point: what does "Adopt Flow" means there? It is about adopting or rejecting the idea of Flow? That are the reasons given?

Flow is a system for talk pages in use for example at mediawiki.org. At least one user would like to see it on nl.wikipedia.org as well. Flow solves some technical issues like "sign" and "indent".

Point 3, third bullet point: what does "Enforce edit summary" means there? It is about forcing people tu use it? Why?

The more literal translation would be "make the edit summary a required field". The respondent notes he regularly forgets to fill in an edit summary. He would like to see a reminder.
