List dělený šikmým bílým pruhem vycházejícím z první třetiny dolního okraje listu do třetí třetiny horního okraje listu na žerďové modré a červené vlající pole. Přes celý list žluté, jetelovitě zakončené perizonium. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2:3.
