Beschrijving

Deze vlag zou opnieuw moeten worden aangemaakt als een SVG-bestand door vectorafbeeldingen te gebruiken. Dit heeft een aantal voordelen; zie Commons:Media for cleanup voor meer informatie. Als er een SVG-formaat van deze afbeelding bestaat, dan deze graag uploaden. Nadat u dit heeft gedaan, gelieve dit sjabloon te vervangen door het sjabloon {{vector version available|nieuwe bestandsnaam.svg}} op deze afbeeldingspagina.
Deze afbeelding is geüpload in het JPEG-formaat hoewel het niet-fotografische data bevat. De afbeelding bevat echter informatie die meer efficient en accuraat opgeslagen kan worden in het PNG-formaat of het SVG-formaat.

Beschrijving
Čeština: Vlajka města Horní Planá, okres Český Krumlov. List tvoří dva vodorovné pruhy, bílý a zelený vypouklý, v poměru 9 : 1. Přes ně sedící vztyčený hnědý medvěd s červeným jazykem a bílými zuby držící červenou růži se žlutým semeníkem a zelenými kališními lístky.
