Dylan Thomas Prize
De Dylan Thomas Prize is een jaarlijkse literatuur prijs voor schrijver jonger dan 40 en is genoemd is naar de Britse schrijver en poëet Dylan Thomas.
Geschiedenis
[bewerken | brontekst bewerken]De prijs werd voor het eerst uitgereikt de jaren '80 als de Dylan Thomas Award. Deze werd jaarlijks uitgereikt tot men na enkele edities stopte wegens gebrek aan geld. In 2004 werd dit met de steun van Electronic Data Systems tweejaarlijks heruitgereikt. Tot 2010 werd de prijs tweejaarlijks uitgereikt, daarna jaarlijks.
