SM U-106 was one of the 329 submarines serving in the Imperial German Navy (Kaiserliche Marine) in World War I.
U-106 was engaged in the naval warfare and took part in the First Battle of the Atlantic. She was lost off Heligoland after hitting a mine on 7 October 1917.[1]
In oktober 2009 is het wrak gevonden, ruim 60 kilometer ten noorden van Terschelling.[2]
