Synthesis

„In JP-2111765 a catalyst for polymerizing polyurethanes in high yield by condensing a morpholine compound with diethylene glycol using a Raney cobalt catalyst is disclosed. Therefore, a morpholine compound in a larger amount than the theoretical and diethylene glycol are subjected to condensation reaction in the presence of a Raney cobalt catalyst at 100 to 270° C under pressure for some ten hours. The catalyst is then filtered off to carry out vacuum distillation of the reaction solution.“
