Adding parameter

I'm adding a parameter error_003_references_templates_nlwiki which is not used by Stefan Kuhn script on the toolserver, but which can be used by other tools to help fixing errors n°3 (WPCleaner can use it). It lists templates that can be used instead <references/>, and it is used to avoid detection of false positives (this list is also in Stefan Kuhn's Perl script used to generate the lists of errors on the toolserver, but it can't be configured by users). Other parameters can also be added to configure WPCleaner for fixing Check Wiki errors (see fr:Utilisateur:NicoV/WikiCleanerConfigurationDocumentation#Check_Wiki_configuration) --NicoV (overleg) 22 jul 2011 12:06 (CEST)
