Čeština: Bořetín (JH), vlajka. List tvoří tři vodorovné pruhy, modrý, žlutý a modrý, v poměru 1 : 6 : 1. Ve žlutém pruhu dva vztyčení černí přivrácení medvědi s modrou zbrojí a jazyky, držící svisle červený list gonfanonu se třemi cípy a třemi závěsnými kroužky, v něm bílá vykořeněná lekna, mezi nimi žlutý křížek. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
