Čeština: Vlajka obce Čechy pod Kosířem, okres Prostějov. List tvoří tři svislé pruhy, modrý s bílou lilií, bílý se žlutě korunovaným červeným lvem s modrou zbrojí a červený s polovinou bílé zavinuté střely přiléhající k bílému pruhu.
