Čeština: Vlajka obce Žítková, okres Uherské Hradiště, Česko.
Žlutý list s modrým kosočtvercem s vrcholy uprostřed okrajů listu, podloženým černým ondřejským křížem s rameny širokými jednu sedminu šířky listu. V modrém poli ve žlutém srdci kvetoucím třemi žlutými trojlisty dvě zkřížené modré sekyry na černých topůrkách. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
