Čeština: Vlajka obce Líšný: Modrý list s bílým vydutým žerďovým klínem s vrcholem ve druhé třetině délky listu. V klínu tři srostlé lískové ořechy (od žerdi 2, 1), v modrém poli žlutý, do kruhu stočený rozkřídlený drak zády k vlajícímu okraji s ocasem pod klínem. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
