English: These solitary arachnids feed on small animals such as: small insects, amphibians and even other spiders (cannibalism). But, they only attack human beings if they are too provoked. But despite their size and appearance, the presence of human beings is risky.
They are found in mountainous and coastal regions of southeastern Brazil, due to their humid habitat.
Português: Esses aracnídeos solitários se alimentam de pequenos animais como: pequenos insetos, anfíbios e inclusive outras aranhas (canibalismo). Mas, somente atacam seres humanos se forem muito provocadas. Mas apesar de seu tamanho e aparência são ariscas a presença de seres humanos.
São encontradas em regiões serranas e costeiras do sudeste Brasileiro, devido ao seu habitat úmido. |
