Het Campeonato Brasiliense Segunda Divisão is de op een na hoogste voetbalklasse van de Braziliaanse federale district Brasília. De competitie werd in 1960 opgericht, één jaar na de oprichting van het Campeonato Brasiliense, de hoogste klasse. Het was een amateurcompetitie die na drie seizoenen afgevoerd werd. In 1997 voerde de FFDF de competitie opnieuw in als profdivisie. Van 2006 tot 2009 bestond er ook kort een Terceira Divisão, maar deze werd ontbonden.
