Hi Bahar,
I have moved your request from "old requests" to "new requests", but it does not fulfill the demands yet. Could you please write a sentence under it like "I, user ~~~ hereby request explicitely to change my username on WikipediaNL from OLD to NEW, and I let this know on ~~~~~.
