Fundraising time is around the corner

Hello Wikimedians, my name is Deniz and I am working for the Wikimedia Foundation during the 2010 Fundraiser. My job is to be the liaison between the Dutch community and the Foundation. This year's fundraiser is intended to be a collaborative and global effort, we recognize that banner messages that perform well in the United States don't necessarily translate well, or appeal to Dutch audiences.

We've started the setup on meta for both banner submission, statistical analysis, and grouping volunteers together.

I am looking for translators who are willing to contribute to this project, helping to translate and localize messages into Dutch and suggesting messages that would appeal to Dutch readers on the Fundraising Meta Page.

I'm interested to get informed when the decissions/translations for the dutch banners are made. Is there allready a page for language specific translators? Mvg, Bas 17 sep 2010 00:00 (CEST)

There is a page where you can suggest Dutch banners here, we haven't had any submissions yet, so please direct people there so we can get the Dutch conversation started.
