The Republic of Nalenea(Dont take this to serious, this is for a project)

The Republic of Nalenea is a (Fictional) combination of islands, close to the center of the atlantic ocean. The small country which is just as big as one of the Dutch islands Texel(Pronounced as Tessel). The Republic of Nalenea is discovered in the 16th century by the VOC, when a ship sailed completely to the wrong direction. The Island was under the power of the Netherlands for centuries, until Ejul Nalenea was born.

History of The Republic of Nalenea

Ejul Nalenea was born in 1896 in the most Western island of the country in a city called New Vlaardingen. The city's name is later changed to Egock in 1969. Ejul changed Nalenea because he made the Republic indipendent. When he just finnished the "Noordcolege"(Dutch for Northcolledge), he wanted indipendence so he started protesting. His protests were so peacefull that the Netherlands agreed to free the Republic of Nalenea in 1925. The name became the Republic of Nalenea, because first the country was orriginally called New Groningen. Ejul Nalenea became the king of the country. Nowadays the country is ruled by Rami Nalenea, Ejuls grandson.

Geography of The Republic of Nalenea

The republic consists of 5 islands. 4 of them are small and surround the 5th big one. The Eastern lower one has a vulcano, and so has the main island. The volcano is surrounded on the main island, a gorgeous mountainrange can be fount around it. More to the north of the main island a enormous forest can be found. All the islands have atleast a small grassfeeld, and they have huge cliffsides too, which border to the blue ocean.

Stories told by the Naleneans (=Inhabitants of the Ripublic of Nalenea)

Stories are told about the islands being part of the old City of Atlantis. Ofcource this is just a mith, or is it? Alot of old ruins are found on the smaller islands, which look just like the statues in Rome. Allthough the builds look simulair, the Nalenean ruins look more like a under water themed building network. Also an artifact is found with text on it, but no scientist could translate it, so it indeed is a completely different alphabet. This could also be explained as just a civilisation in the middle of the ocean, and not Atlantis.
