[bewerken | brontekst bewerken]PYCO Group originally began as Pyramid Consulting, a digital and web development company founded in Belgium in 1999. Throughout its 15 years of operation in Vietnam and abroad, Pyramid Consulting has broadened its initial service of web and mobile development for advertising agencies around the globe to software development. Since its inception, PYCO Group has provided IT solutions for clients including the development and maintenance of enterprise e-commerce platforms for Fortune 500 and SMB companies.
The company employs around 500 people worldwide and is located in 9 differents cities on all continents, going from New York City, Seattle, Brussels, Paris, Geneva, Johannesburg, Bangkok, Hong Kong to Hô Chi Minh.
The group has set up ventures in Vietnam thanks to partnerships with Yellow Pepper Technologies (a US pioneer in mobile payment and banking), Atlassian (Australia's leading provider of collaborative software), Magnolia (creator of a digital business platform with a powerful CMS) and Ansarada (a global provider of virtual data rooms for merger and acquisition due diligence).
History
[bewerken | brontekst bewerken]In 1999 David Dzialowski and Ofir Ejnes created Pyramid Consulting. The first 12 years 100% of the revenues came from agencies. In 2000 the Vietnam Production Center was opened and PYCO Digital was launched. Later in 2007 PYCO USA was opened with a first office in Seattle. Later in the year 2011 PYCO established a partnership with Yellowpepper and with Atlassian in 2013. In 2014 the PYCO Group was founded, including PYCO Consulting, a specialized consulting and staffing agency, and PYCO Ventures, specialized in the Build- Operate-Transfer model. One year later Pyramid Consulting became PYCO Group with 3 strategic Business Units: PYCO Digital - PYCO Consulting - PYCO Ventures. In 2017 PYCO Group opened new branches in Italy and Luxembourg.
