I am writing to you because my acces to The Wikipedia Library has been refused on the grounds that I have been blocked on one of the projects.

In 2010 I was involved in a discussion on WikiWoordenboek, the Dutch version of Wiktionary.
One of my opponents did not like the way I put my arguments and decided to block me permanently.
This decision was illegal, since my opponent did not consult the community.
But I could not appeal it, since I had been blocked. (And I still cannot appeal it, since I have been blocked permanently.)

I am a respected user on the Dutch Wikipedia project. I would appreciate it if you could grant me access to The Wikipedia Library.
