Overleg:Eredivisie 2010/11 (vrouwenvoetbal)

HCould you explain the current format? I saw each team plays seven more games for a total of 21 games this season. As there are no fixtures out yet, i suppose who gets a home match in the third round (days 15-21) is determined after standings on day 14.
