Hello, sorry I do not speak Dutch so I try it in English. I'm the author of the German article. "Oderblick" is not the name of a special place. It's translation is "View of the Oder" and it used in the same way like "Bellevue" in for example the name Theater Bellevue. In my opinion, it should not be used in phrases like "in Oderblick".
