Atascosa County is een county in de Amerikaanse staat Texas, ontstaan in 1856. In 2000 was het inwonersaantal 38.628. De hoofdplaats in de gemeente is Jourdanton. Atascosa is genoemd naar de Atascosarivier.
Atacose County bestaat uit zes dorpen, te weten:
