KS Flamurtari Vlorë is een Albanese voetbalclub uit de stad Vlorë. De club werd in 1923 opgericht. Flamurtari Vlorë komt momenteel uit in de Kategoria Superiore, de hoogste divisie in Albanië.
In 1991 werd de club landskampioen.
