Hypsacantha crucimaculata is een spinnensoort in de taxonomische indeling van de wielwebspinnen (Araneidae).[1]
Het dier behoort tot het geslacht Hypsacantha. De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort werd voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1914 door Maria Dahl.
