Streptocaulus chonae is een hydroïdpoliep uit de familie Aglaopheniidae. De poliep komt uit het geslacht Streptocaulus. Streptocaulus chonae werd in 2001 voor het eerst wetenschappelijk beschreven door Ansin Agis, Ramil & Vervoort.
