Please stop "demanding"the placement of this article everywhere. The only edits you do cross wiki are getting this person on as many versions as possible. This is called cross wiki promo pushing. I will not stop demanding it, because there is no reason to stop. Thre is no "cross wiki promo" because when an article is valid from the point of view of wp rules, there is no reason to stop right and well written translations. Even more, and I DO insist: the author is translated and distributed in your own language, and even with that you did delted the previous article, which deserve to stay.

And: I did translate an article about a flemish painter, http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ernest_van_den_Driessche into Spanish, and it will appear in some other languages.

The problem is the conception of WP. There is no reason to stop the demand. Replace the article and the permissions to edit following the rules of WP as international project. Translation is perfecly permited and accepted. Artur Balder has out of doubt references. Because I believe the deletion of the previous article was not righteous. Even in those time, 3 years ago, Artur Balder was translated into your language, and distributed by a well known publisher, De Fontein. The "cross wiki" conspiratory theory eas executed WITHOUT considering the actual references. Now a days, the filmmaker and author is out of doubt, and the international references does not have borders. NOW, there is a translation made by his editors, and it should appear and the nederlands wp:

First, the way you use language demonstrates the kind of wp editor I assume you may be. Second: they are NOT computer translations, they have been translated by native. Three: "bother", as some local wp editors, you talk as if the wp was your property or something like that. Four: well done translations are wellcome cross wiki if the references have been accepted internationally. Five: do not go personal. The wp project is a global initiative, and trasnlation is the basis of its spread. if you dont like it, you can go elsewhere founding your own realm, editing just for you. The text above also is a polished computer translation full of "english disease", weird style/mistakes like: "fictie sagen" (and what is this?); "resident artist" (also untranslated); "Spanisch" (not Dutch); "14th Street archieven" (english didease and what is it?); "het New York City wijk" (wrong particle used and what is it?); "rond 14th Street"(particle omitted); "die nooit openbaar zijn getoond" (computer translation) and I am not talking about the whole content even. You cross wikipedia vandalism against the subject "Artur Balder" will have a response. 1. If there are mistakes, just cut down the extension, but DO NOT destroy or even block it. 2. You are everywhere describing the translations of a well referenced and accepted article as "cross wp spam", and what you are doing is "cross wp vandalism". 3. I will not stop. The number of authors translated into Dutch is not that high, so at least you will have to recognize a real point of view based on the facts. 4. Tha deletion, ordered by you, at the Italian wp, and the deletions you did personally on 25 July 2011 cross wp without to ask local administrators will have a response. 5.
