Mono is een postrockband uit Tokio. Mono maakt instrumentale muziek in een soortgelijke stijl als Mogwai, Explosions in the Sky en Godspeed You! Black Emperor. Ze staan vooral bekend om hun expressieve liveshows en complexe gitaarwerk.
