Nudaurelia alopia is een vlinder uit de familie nachtpauwogen (Saturniidae).[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is, als Saturnia alopia, voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1849 door John Obadiah Westwood.[2][3]
