Serious errors in Birendra article

Xquse me for writing in english. I can read nederlands, but not write it.

The Birendra article contains at least two grave errors:

1) There was NO PLEBICITE on the Panchayat system in 1990!

There was a rebellion (in the main peaceful) known in nepali as the Jana Mocha, which forced the King to legalize political parties and dismantle the Panchayat system.

The plebicite was on the 2. of may 1980, after another rebellion by students and democrats. However, the democrats lost this one, and king Birendra and the monarchists won it.

2) Birendra did NOT apoint any person called Lokenda Bahadur Shah from the Congress Party prime minister in 1990.

He apointed the moderate monarchist (NOT Congress party member) Lokendra Bahadur Chand prime minister from the 6. april 1990, but had to withdraw him on the 19. april 1990 because he was not acceptable to the democratic opposition. (Chand is today chairman of one faction of the monarchist and rightist Rastriya Prajatantra Party.)

After that, the King had to appoint Krishna Prasad Bhattarai of the Congress Party to prime minister on the 19. april 1990. He sat to after the election next year, 6. mai 1991.
